In the begining

The Journey begins; I was intersted in music from a very young age, singing at every opportunity. My grandfather was a self taught musician, playing violin and piano. I would sit down next to him and watch him search out melodies as he explained the process to me. No one besides him in my family was intersted in music, it was my own personal journey that led me to this path. First with school plays and chorus, as I was going from elementry to junior high school we were given music evaluation test, this was the first time I was noticed on the music front, so I started singing more and playing the trumpet, I was on my way. While my mother always wanted me to play piano I was intested in the guitar, we battled this point for a while. When I turned sixteen I got my first guitar a Gibson melody maker that my friend Ray Sabatello helped me buy at Manny's music in NYC. This was the begining of a life long pursuit, a heat felt obsession that has fed my soul ever since.
This was the start of a life long pursuit, a love affair that remain intact over the course of the rest of my life.playing for hours, always looking to unlock the mysteries of the instrument. some of the greatest peace I have ever know was found in the many hours of practice that came with the pusuit of knowledge.Junior high school
